The exchange or return of products from the V&V brand and other brands purchased
in the online store VVLEN.COM is possible within 14 days from the moment of receipt
of the order by the customer.
       The product must meet the following requirements:

• The product must not show signs of wear, dirt, or damage.
• The product must be packed in its original packaging.
• All factory seals and tags must remain on the product.

If any of the above points are not met, the return will not
be processed, and the product will be sent back to the customer.

Refunds will be made to the bank card you provided within
three business days after the return is processed at the seller's warehouse.

All costs associated with the exchange or return are to be covered by the customer.
