Public Offer Agreement

for the sale of goods through the online store VVLEN.COM

1. General Provisions

1.1. This document is an official offer (public offer) from the Individual Entrepreneur (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) to conclude a distance sales agreement for goods with any capable individual (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) under the terms set forth below.

1.2. In accordance with Articles 633, 641, 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, the acceptance of this offer is the placement of an order by the Buyer on the online store's website.

1.3. The agreement is considered concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller.

2. Terms and Definitions

Online Store — the Seller's website intended for the distance sale of goods.

Goods — women's clothing presented in the online store's catalog.

Order — a properly formatted request from the Buyer to purchase goods.

3. Subject of the Agreement

3.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the goods under the terms of this agreement.

3.2. The assortment, price, sizes, and descriptions of the goods are posted in the online store's catalog.

4. Order Placement

4.1. The order is placed by the Buyer independently through the online store's website.

4.2. The Buyer undertakes to provide accurate information necessary for order fulfillment.

4.3. The Seller has the right to refuse to fulfill the order in case the goods are out of stock.

5. Price and Payment Procedure

5.1. The price of the goods is indicated on the online store's website and includes all taxes.

5.2. Payment can be made by the following methods:

• bank card;
• transfer to the settlement account;
• other methods specified on the website.

5.3. The moment of payment is considered to be the receipt of funds in the Seller's account.

6. Delivery of Goods

6.1. Delivery is carried out within the territory of Ukraine and to other countries by postal companies specified on the website.

6.2. Delivery times depend on the region and the conditions of the carrier.

6.3. The risk of accidental loss of the goods passes to the Buyer upon transfer of the goods to the carrier.

7. Return and Exchange of Goods

7.1. The Buyer has the right to return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the goods, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection".

7.2. The goods are subject to return if they retain their commercial appearance, consumer properties, and tags.

7.3. Refunds are made within 7 working days from the moment the returned goods are received.

8. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

8.1. The Seller undertakes to:

• provide accurate information about the goods;
• deliver goods of proper quality.

8.2. The Buyer undertakes to:

• pay for the order;
• accept the goods.

9. Liability of the Parties

9.1. The parties are liable in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

9.2. The Seller is not liable for improper use of the goods by the Buyer.

10. Personal Data

10.1. By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".

10.2. Personal data is used solely for the fulfillment of the order.

11. Final Provisions

11.1. This agreement is valid indefinitely.

11.2. The Seller has the right to make changes to the agreement without prior notice.

11.3. The current version of the agreement is always posted on the online store's website.
